1. Cold Cold Heart (Steel Instrumental Cover)
The classic Hank Williams melodic master piece. This melody will never die and very much says as much without words as it does with.
2. Witchita Lineman (Cover)
Great classic song by Glen Campbell. I just wanted to do a fun version of this song. I used the backing track as well.
3. A Way To Survive (Cover)
Just a quick one take of a classic Buddy Emmons, A Way To Survive jam.
4. And So It Goes
This is a great song I heard Gary Carter, an AMAZING steel player and person, play on his cd. I did a couple things of my own, but tried to do it justice.
5. Wills Point (Buddy Emmons Cover)
This is a Buddy Emmons tune that I just learned recently. Still perfecting it, but love the tune.
6. Venus Moon (Lloyd Green Cover)
My attempt at Venus Moon by Lloyd Green. I learned this song in 2 days, so it's still fresh and could use some improvements. I felt pretty good about this take so I wanted to share it. No I 'm no Lloyd Green, but I do love this song.
7. The First Noel
Christmas classic performed live for a benefit at local church.
8. Either Way
Chris Stapleton song that I added pedal steel parts on. This was a practice to show how to back up a vocalist.
9. Secret Love
Classic song that I heard Lloyd Green put out. I tried my own version, heavily influenced by Lloyd.
10. Venus Moon (Revisited)
Another take showing my improvement of bar control, volume pedal work, and overall expression and emotion to this beautiful song.
11. Just Out Of Reach
An old Jim Reeves song, great melody for pedal steel.
12. Broadway
Instrumental written by Buddy Emmons. Some fun C6th jammin.
